The Mentorship Program
Professional Skill Development
I will do my best to use the real world as a classroom by sharing my experiences. I want to increase your leadership skills which will increase your value to your employer.
Knowledge Sharing
Has everything that I have done been a success? No! Do I make the correct decision everytime? No! But I have learnt from losses and I have gained more experience by sometimes having to start again, Again, I want to share these experiences so you might not make the same mistakes.
Be Better Sooner
I will recognise your strengths and weaknesses early and we will use the smartest methods where they are required, putting you on the fast track to leadership roles. Expect positive feedback when merited and some home truths told in a frank manner if required.
Networking
Join a vast network of professionals that we will be able to call on. Expand your horizons.
Diversity
Be informed of business plans, ideas and directions from a range of countries, businesses and government agencies. Open your mind and the world will open to you.
I used to work with Darren Cotter for over a year, he was not only my senior manager, but also my best mentor ever. When it came to work, he was professional and reliable. During my time working with him in that project, it was amazing how he managed his time and work to bring about the best results in no time. He was good at applying 5S and lean manufacturing for work; besides, he had tons of ideas and a wide range of knowledge of suitable tools that I had never heard about to make work faster and easier. In addition, beside assigning tasks to me at work, he was not hesitant to explain what I did not understand or help me whenever I dealt with a roadblock. He was willing to teach me what he knew and even gave me more ideas of what I should learn to both better myself and benefit my job. Although he was quite strict sometimes, I knew that it was for good.
If anyone is looking for someone like him as a part of your company, don't miss your chance.
